How does that work?

• By filling out our family registration form (free online) and sent to us, you will receive within a few days the confirmation of your registration. Furthermore, we will contact you for interview at your home. We will inspect your sanitary facilities and room of the Au pair.
• The host family registration is free of charge
•To select a suitable Au pair for your family, we choose usually from multiple CV’s, if not we will contact our foreign colleagues to look for an additional search.

The agreement to mediate

• During the interview, informs co-workers from Babs Au Pair Agency about the Au pair program, the program costs and the method of payment.
• After the interview, the host family and Babs Au Pair Agency (contractor) corresponds to the order, where both are agree for the search of suitable candidate for their family, the start date, information about the Au pair program, the program costs etc. are recorded.
• If between the times of departure of the last Au pair and a new mediation is less than 18 months, then the host family do not need to pay for new interview cost.

What about the program costs

• Interview cost (one off fee): Interview cost is € 80 within a radius of 100 km from Apeldoorn. Or else there is an additional fee
€ 0.30 cents per km.

By a successful mediation, we will send you a bill and those are payable in two installments:
• 1ste installment by acceptance (contact with candidate) and sign placement contract (family and candidate): 75% of program costs.
• 2de installment to be pay within 8 days after arrival of the candidate to the host family: 25% of program costs.

Commission foreign agents
Babs Au Pair Agency pays a commission to our foreign agents to receive the candidate files.
This commission can be up to € 200 (per candidate). Babs Au Pair Agency brings the family contribution fee of € 40 each placed candidate.

Warranty
In the unlikely event one of our nominated candidates and adopted within the trial period leave the host family, then we will repeat the entire selection procedure without charge.
Our aim is to bring a long-term relationship with our host family, where quality care and openness are principles.
