Our procedure

If you wish to make use  of our services, you can us our form  which you can fill in online and send to us.

Registration is free.

Interview (home visit)

– After we have receive your registration form, our care manager will contact you to make an appointment for an interview. During this visit the care manager will note all the care instruction in consultation with you. From your care plan and daily routine we can know that how many hours our live in carer will work for you. Based on this data, a schedule with care moments will be made.

-The costs for a home visit is amount of € 100. These costs will be deducted in your first invoice.

Vacancy offer:

-With all the information from the registration form, your personal letter, the care plan, daily routine moments and photo we make a job offer.

We then start our search for the most suitable candidate for you.

– After we have traced the suitable candidate, we will select them and test their suitability for the position.

-We will then propose to you at least one or two candidates for further introduction.

– If necessary, the care manager can advise you in making a choice.

-In mutual interest we establish a telephone appointment between you and the candidate. After this telephone conversation, the live in carer, care manager and you will decide whether you will collaborate and opt for placement and a start date can be determined in consultation.

Type of model agreements

For the placement of a resident care provider, we make  use of 2 model agreements from the SVB (social insurance bank).

Agreement 1

is the agreement between you and Babs Zorg Bureau.

Evaluation moments

Our organization finds it important to be informed and to regularly evaluate whether the match made meets the wishes of our customers. Care must be provided professionally and in a responsible manner. The live in care provider will report monthly on the progress. This report will be discussed during the evaluation with you as a customer and the care manager as an intermediary. In this way, the care manager can directly respond to questions from you or the live  carer. Outside of the evaluation moments, the care manager can always be reached by telephone during office hours.
